Step Into the Magic

The Girls on the Run 5K isn’t just a race—it’s a celebration of joy, confidence, and community. On Sunday, November 23rd at the University of Nevada, Reno’s Mackay Stadium, more than 375 girls will cross the finish line of their season-long journey. After 10 weeks of practice, self-discovery, and teamwork, this day is their chance to shine—and you can be part of it!

Why Volunteers Make the Magic Happen

Every cheer, every water station, every helping hand along the course is powered by volunteers. From start to finish, you set the tone for safety, fun, and celebration. Whether it’s painting faces, helping girls write coach thank you cards or guiding runners on the course, your role matters.

The best part? Volunteering is simple, fun, and impactful. In just one morning, you’ll help create memories these girls and their families will never forget. And trust us—you’ll walk away inspired by the determination, joy, and limitless spirit of every participant.
