The hustle and bustle of back-to-school is starting to settle, and the heat of summer is beginning to fade away. As we welcome the crisp mornings and cool evenings of early autumn, our program participants are lacing up for an exciting fall season full of friendship and fun! HUNDREDS of girls across nearly 30 sites throughout our community are having important conversations about topics like feeling their feelings, standing up for themselves and others, and letting their unique STAR POWER shine – all while engaging in movement-based games and activities. The season is just beginning, but 3rd-8th graders across the Reno-Sparks area are already experiencing the positive impacts from these life-changing lessons.

We can’t wait to see how much they’ll have learned and grown by the 5K celebration in November!
