Fall Into Confidence: GOTR Season Begins Sept. 2

The countdown is on—our Fall 2025 Girls on the Run season kicks off September 2nd, and we couldn’t be more excited to get started! As we gear up for another season of confidence-building, friendship-making, and goal-crushing fun, we’re looking for community coaches and still have space on several teams for girls to join!

We Need Coaches – Maybe You?

Our teams can’t run without coaches—the heart and soul of each Girls on the Run group. Coaches lead twice-weekly lessons using our intentionally designed curriculum and create a safe space where girls can grow in confidence, build strong friendships, and discover their inner strength.

You do not need to be a teacher, a parent, or affiliated with the school to become a coach. If you have 90 minutes, once or twice a week, and a passion for empowering girls—you’re qualified! We provide all the training, tools, and support you need.

We’re especially looking for volunteer coaches who are available at a variety of local elementary and middle schools across our region. If you’re flexible and want to help make a difference, we’d love to place you where you're most needed.

Still Need to Register Your Girl?

There’s still time! Girl registration is open, and several teams still have space available. Girls on the Run is a 10-week program for girls in 3rd–5th grade, and Heart & Sole is available for 6th–8th graders. Each session combines movement-based activities with thoughtful conversations that build self-confidence, resilience, and a strong sense of self.

This program helps girls move mountains—one step, one lesson, and one friendship at a time.
